Having enjoyed a golden age of local culture since its inception in 1990, the Dongseo Art Awards are now in their 33rd year. After being privately operated for 30 years, the awards have been presented by Changwon City since 2022 to honor Song In-sik’s achievements and to create a creative environment for talented artists.
