This special lecture is a program aimed at strengthening the interview skills of young people and was previously held in Suwon, Anyang, Uijeongbu, Bucheon, and Yongin areas. This is the sixth session.
The ‘Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance’ is a project that supports interview expenses of 50,000 KRW per interview, up to 10 interviews, to reduce the financial burden of interviews and help young people focus on job searching. This interview special lecture was conducted as part of this project, combining on-site lectures and online live streaming to allow participation without restrictions on time and place.
Over the course of six sessions, experts from various fields participated and provided practical employment information. In the first lecture, YouTuber ‘Naeilbuteo Chulgeun’ introduced how to write self-introduction letters using AI technology. Following that, announcer Han Seok-jun shared tips to boost young people’s confidence through interview speech strategies.
Public enterprise recruitment specialists Yoon Jong-hyuk and Kim So-won provided practical information for preparing for public institution recruitment, capturing the participants’ attention. Park Jae-yeon, director of La Plus Human Research Institute, introduced methods to overcome stress and anxiety occurring during the employment process, taking care of young people’s mental health. Chef Choi Hyun-seok shared his own challenging experiences to motivate young people, and YouTuber ‘Interview King Lee Hyung’ concluded the lecture by presenting the 2025 recruitment trends and interview success strategies.
A young participant in the special lecture said, “It was beneficial because I could immediately apply what I learned on-site to actual interviews, and it was great that more friends could learn together through the online lecture.”
Nam Woon-seon, head of the Northern Business Headquarters of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, said, “I hope this special lecture instilled confidence in young people and provided practical help in preparing for employment,” adding, “I look forward to them continuing to challenge their dreams without getting tired during the job search period.”
