On the 10th, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, held a meeting of the Representative Council of the Community Social Security Council (hereinafter referred to as Jisahyeop) at the small conference room of the county office, attended by 20 people including County Governor Lee Sang-ik, the 11th announced.


At the meeting of the Representative Council, a public-private cooperation body for the promotion of community social security, deliberations were held on the annual implementation plan for 2025 of the 5th Community Social Security Plan.


The Hampyeong Jisahyeop Representative Council consists of 22 members, including Co-Chairman Vice Governor Lim Man-gyu and Private Chairman Lee Jae-gap, and performs various functions to promote welfare, such as reviewing the community social security plan and advising on the provision of social security benefits.


The county is establishing and promoting the 5th Community Social Security Plan until 2026 with the goal of improving the welfare of local residents. Setting the vision of "A New Leap, Hopeful Hampyeong, Emotional Welfare that Heals the Heart," it operates 41 detailed projects centered on 2 strategic systems and 8 major promotion strategies.


At the meeting, concrete plans for related major implementation plans were discussed, as well as cooperation on welfare issues such as fundraising for the "Hope 2025 Sharing Campaign" and discovering low-income vulnerable groups during the winter season.


Private Chairman Lee Jae-gap said, "I will fulfill a pivotal role to reflect the diverse welfare needs of the local community in policies from the perspective of the residents."


County Governor Lee Sang-ik of Hampyeong emphasized, "We will implement the community social security plan effectively to create welfare policies that provide practical help to the residents," and added, "We will realize the vision of 'Hopeful Hampyeong, Emotional Welfare' through cooperation between the public and private sectors."
