Yangpyeong-gun Receives Gyeonggi-do City and County Evaluation Award for 'Care for Everyone' Project A view of Yangpyeong County Office. Provided by Yangpyeong County.

This evaluation selected six cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do based on support performance and promotion efforts, and Yangpyeong-gun achieved the great honor of receiving the highest award.

The Anyone Care service provides rapid temporary care services to residents in urgent or crisis situations who need care, supplementing the gaps in existing blind spots of care. Anyone can apply if temporary care is needed, such as those waiting for long-term care grade application or those without a grade.

The support targets are residents who have difficulty performing daily activities alone due to mobility issues and have no caregiver to assist them. Through this project, the county provides care services in five areas: △ daily living care △ accompaniment care △ residential safety △ meal support △ temporary protection.

In Yangpyeong-gun, to resolve care crisis situations and gaps, public-private cooperation has provided 1,207 cases of Anyone Care services to 1,093 residents from February to November.

Jeon Jin-seon, Governor of Yangpyeong-gun, stated, “We will continuously expand public care services and promote seamless and thorough care through public-private cooperation so that residents can spend a healthy old age where they live.”
