Based on the CCM vision of "the best financial and welfare partner responsible for the happiness of the education family through satisfaction and trust," the Korea Teachers' Credit Union was the first credit union to obtain CCM certification in 2012. Since then, it received a government award (Presidential Citation on Consumer Day) in 2017 and has now obtained the 7th CCM re-certification.

In this re-certification review, high evaluations were given for company-wide CCM initiatives such as CCM internalization activities, establishment of a personal information organizational system, social responsibility activities, maintaining a win-win relationship with the call center, and the development of a mobile app.

Jung Gap-yoon, Chairman of the Korea Teachers' Credit Union, said, "We will continue to provide the best services to contribute to the prosperous and happy lives of the education family, and strive to become a trusted credit union through transparent and fair business practices."
