New Doma Station Planned Near Complex
Single Homeowners Also Eligible to Apply
Hanwha Construction Division is offering first-come, first-served sales of ‘Doma Forena Haemoro,’ which is expected to benefit from the opening of Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2.
This apartment, jointly constructed by Hanwha Construction Division and HJ Heavy Industries, is located in Doma-dong 181-1 area, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It consists of 7 buildings with 3 basement floors and 34 above-ground floors, totaling 818 households with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 101㎡. Among these, 568 units are for general sale. The number of households by area is 209 units of 59㎡A, 111 units of 59㎡B, 65 units of 74㎡A, 92 units of 74㎡B, 86 units of 84㎡, and 5 units of 101㎡.
At Doma Intersection, where Doma Forena Haemoro is located, a new tram station called Doma Station (tentative name) on Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 will be established. This tram will run a total route of 37.8 km circling Daejeon city. Recently, the power supply method was decided to be hydrogen fuel cells, and construction is about to begin. The first phase of the Chungcheong Regional Railroad line (Gyeryong to Sintanjin, 35.4 km section) is also scheduled to open near the complex, aiming for construction within this year. A sales official from Hanwha Construction Division explained, "After the announcement of the production of Daejeon Line 2 tram vehicles, investor interest has increased, and unsold units are being quickly depleted."
This complex is located in the core area of Doma-Byeondong District (25,000 households), which has been redeveloped through an urban maintenance project of a large-scale old residential area. Surrounding the complex are transportation networks such as Gyebaek-ro, Doma Intersection, and Daedunsan-ro. Daesin Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walking distance. Boksu Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), Beodne Middle, and Jeil High School are also within a 1 km radius.
The apartment buildings are mainly oriented south, and units with exclusive areas of 74㎡ or more are designed with a 4-bay layout. They are designed with a cross-ventilation structure favorable for ventilation, and the distance between buildings is designed to be up to 64 meters.
