[Tomorrow's Weather] Cold Commute, Warm Afternoon... Snow on Donghaean Coast and Mountain Areas

The morning low temperatures will range from -4 to 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius, similar to or slightly higher than usual for this time of year.

In particular, the northern and eastern inland areas of Gyeonggi, the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and the northern inland areas of Gyeongbuk will experience morning temperatures below -5 degrees Celsius, with somewhat strong winds making the wind chill feel even colder.

There will be mostly cloudy skies nationwide, with Gangwon Province, the Gyeongbuk region, and Jeju Island generally overcast. From the afternoon, some areas along the east coast and mountainous regions of Gangwon, as well as the east coast and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, may see occasional rain or snow.

Jeju Island may experience light raindrops in the afternoon, and Ulsan may see less than 0.1 mm of rain at night. The mountainous areas of Jeju Island may have snow flurries less than 0.1 cm.

Over the two days from the 11th to the 12th, expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 15 mm for the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, 5 to 10 mm for the east coast and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, and 5 to 20 mm for Ulleungdo and Dokdo. During the same period, snow accumulation forecasts include 2 to 7 cm in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and around 1 cm in the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk.

Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
