Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the 'Mapo District Women's Association Love Rice Delivery Ceremony' held on the morning of December 9th at the audiovisual room of Mapo District Office.
The Love Rice Delivery Ceremony was organized with the sponsorship of 110 bags of white rice (10kg each) by the Mapo District Women's Association (President Jeong Seon-hwa).
The sponsored white rice will be delivered to 110 households in need, including elderly living alone and low-income residents in the area.
Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo District said, "The rice delivered today is not just a simple meal but warmth and comfort that fills the hearts of neighbors," adding, "I sincerely thank the Mapo District Women's Association for always stepping forward to create a better community."
He continued, "Mapo District will reflect on the meaning of sharing and ensure that no residents are left isolated by closely monitoring every part of the community."
