According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 8th, the lowest temperature on the morning of the 9th is forecast to be between -8 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature during the day will range from 5 to 11 degrees Celsius. Winds will also blow somewhat strongly, making the perceived temperature even lower, so it is important to take care of your health.

On that day, the nation will be mostly clear, but clouds will gradually increase from the afternoon. Jeju Island is expected to be mostly cloudy. Light drizzle of less than 0.1 mm may fall along the western coast of Chungnam in the afternoon.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Snow is accumulating mainly in southern Gyeonggi and the Chungcheong region, and there are places with icy roads and frozen patches on the roads, so please be especially cautious when driving." They added, "In particular, icy roads can form on low-traffic roads, alleys, bridges, and overpasses where temperatures are low, and snow that melted during the day may refreeze overnight as temperatures drop, making roads slippery."
