The signing ceremony was attended by Hwaseong Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun and key representatives from the 11 partner companies, including Samsung C&T. The companies agreed to work together to expand opportunities for local businesses to participate with equipment, materials, and manpower during the construction period, thereby invigorating the regional economy.

The participating construction companies committed to ▲ actively utilizing equipment and materials from local businesses during the construction period ▲ contributing to job creation by prioritizing the hiring of local personnel ▲ cooperating to strengthen safety management at construction sites to create a safe working environment. The city pledged to actively provide information related to local businesses and to support administrative assistance and communication to resolve difficulties faced by companies.

Mayor Jeong Myeong-geun of Hwaseong said, "This is a time when active cooperation is needed not only in the public sector but also in the private sector due to the local economic downturn and weakened consumer sentiment," adding, "We will strengthen communication with companies and spare no administrative support in providing information and resolving difficulties."

Building on this agreement, the city plans to encourage the use of equipment and materials from local businesses and the hiring of local personnel at new construction sites to foster a regional construction ecosystem.
