Pocheon-si Conducts Capacity Building Training for Paid Employment Agency Representatives and Workers

Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) announced on the 6th that it conducted capacity-building training for about 40 representatives and workers of paid employment agencies in the city at the Pocheon Youth Center seminar room on the 5th.

This training was organized in collaboration with the Korea Employment Service Association to establish a sound culture of employment agencies and to establish employment order.

The training consisted of ▲Understanding the employment agency business ▲Understanding employment stabilization laws and operational practices ▲Labor practices in the employment agency business.

A Pocheon City official said, “Through this training, we hope to improve the quality of employment services at Pocheon’s employment agencies and create a stable employment agency environment to provide more job opportunities to job seekers.”
