Targeting the Global Market with Proprietary Hardware Solutions
Drone AI company NearsLab announced on the 6th that it received the '2 Million Dollar Export Tower' award in celebration of Trade Day 2024. The Export Tower is awarded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea International Trade Association to companies or organizations that have contributed to pioneering overseas markets, expanding exports, and creating jobs in commemoration of Trade Day.
NearsLab, which was first recognized for its technological capabilities globally, is leading the market by signing multi-year contracts with the world's top three wind turbine manufacturers: Siemens Gamesa, GE, and Vestas. Focusing primarily on the European and American markets, NearsLab has expanded into South America and the Asia-Pacific markets, providing solutions to over 30 countries and continuously strengthening its position in the global market.
Earlier this year, NearsLab expanded its hardware lineup by launching the multipurpose AI autonomous flight drone 'AiDEN' and the high-speed interceptor drone 'KAiDEN.' Through this, the company is effectively responding to the increasing demand for safety inspections of key infrastructure while exploring new opportunities in overseas defense industries and public safety sectors.
Choi Jae-hyuk, CEO of NearsLab, said, “2024 is a meaningful year in which NearsLab was proactively recognized in the global market and stood shoulder to shoulder with top companies in the global drone industry. We will achieve a greater leap next year through the drones introduced this year and the drone station system that won the Best Innovation Award at CES 2025.”
