An industry insider said, "In the sales market as well, price increases around major business districts are steep, and key complexes continue to lead market prices. Especially, younger generations who prioritize workplace proximity are emerging as the core demand group in the apartment market, intensifying this trend."
Accordingly, the keyword of the Buncho Society is expected to continue steadily in the remaining pre-sale market this year. Amid this, in Seoul, 'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature,' which boasts excellent workplace proximity to the central business district, has begun its pre-sale, attracting continuous attention.
