Hotel Lotte announced on the 6th that its new CEO, Jeong Hoseok, posted his first message on the company bulletin board after taking office and presented directions to strengthen global competitiveness.
According to Hotel Lotte, CEO Jeong posted an inaugural address containing these details immediately upon his appointment on the 1st. The address included Hotel Lotte's new vision and management strategies.
CEO Jeong particularly emphasized ▲strengthening fundamental competitiveness and improving management structure ▲customer-centered service innovation ▲enhancing work efficiency through digital transformation ▲securing scalability and sustainability of the hotel business through global market expansion.
To achieve this, CEO Jeong stressed, "We will create a progressive corporate culture that acts quickly and focuses on practical work." He also promised to improve efficiency by quantifying tasks under the principle that "If it cannot be measured, it cannot be managed; if it cannot be managed, it cannot be improved."
He further stated, "I will demonstrate leadership that actively communicates with employees to share difficulties and seek solutions," adding, "We will establish a stable management environment and build a company where employees can feel pride and dignity."
CEO Jeong has served as the head of the Business Support Team and Business Support Office at Lotte Holdings' ESG Management Innovation Office, where he was responsible for strategy formulation and risk management.
