[Weather] Snow or Rain Nationwide... Morning Low Temperature Minus 7 Degrees

In southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, Chungcheong area, and Jeju Island, rain or snow is expected until dawn, in Jeonbuk until morning, and occasionally on the west coast of Jeonnam from dawn to morning. The expected precipitation over two days from the 5th is around 5mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi (southern Gyeonggi until dawn on the 6th), Yeongseo of Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and less than 5mm in Jeju Island.

The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -7 and 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 2 and 12 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
