Samsung Securities Successfully Concludes 'Corporate Finance Seminar' Source=Samsung Securities

Samsung Securities announced on the 4th that it held the 'Corporate Finance Seminar' for financial and HR managers of domestic and international companies.


The Corporate Finance Seminar is a quarterly event exclusively for Samsung Securities' corporate clients, providing special lectures on topics such as financing methods, asset-specific management strategies, and foreign exchange market trends.


This month's seminar was held with the participation of about 190 corporations and over 200 corporate fund management officers.


Starting with the '2025 Global Asset Market Outlook' by Yoo Seung-min, Head of Samsung Securities' Global Investment Strategy Team, the seminar continued with '2025 Global Economy and Bond Market Outlook' by Kim Eun-gi, Senior Research Fellow of the Global Bond Team, and Park Joo-han, Head of the Bond Products Team, as well as corporate fund bond management strategies. It also included 'Capital Market Institutional Changes and Financing Methods' by Kim Pil-gyu, a member of the Capital Market Research Institute, followed by an analysis of shareholder meeting trends in preparation for the 2025 general shareholders' meeting.


Participating clients can also receive consulting on customized financial solutions with dedicated corporate RMs after the seminar.


A Samsung Securities official emphasized, "As we prepare lectures on topics that corporate fund managers are most interested in, requests to attend are pouring in," adding, "We will strive to enhance the satisfaction of Samsung Securities' corporate clients by preparing diverse topics and high-quality lectures."
