The seven divisions consist of telecommunications-related departments: the MNO (Mobile Network Operator) Division, B Wireline/Media Division, Enterprise Division; and AI business departments: the A.Dot Division, GPAA (Global Personal AI Agent) Division, AIX Division, and AI DC (Data Center) Division.

In particular, the B2B business departments have been reorganized into the Enterprise Division, AIX Division, and AI DC Division to specialize by area and strengthen synergy with SK Group affiliates such as SKB and SK C&C.

The AIX Division leverages the capabilities of SKB and SK C&C to create AI utilization cases within the group, including AI work innovation, AI intelligence, AIX cloud, and AI factory, and promotes expansion into global and domestic markets. The AI DC Division operates AI data center and GPU cloud services (GPUaaS).

The supporting departments are organized into shared infrastructure and staff groups. The shared infrastructure group includes the Network Infrastructure Center, AT/DT Center, (SK) AI R&D Center, and Global A&I (Alliance & Investment) Center.

The AI R&D Center supports business in AI-based technology areas such as AI modeling, vision AI, digital twin, and AI factory, and plans to provide integrated support for group-wide AI research and development (R&D). The AT/DT Center strengthens company-wide AT/DT execution capabilities through collaboration with SK C&C.

The staff group includes CGO (Compliance Center, CR Center, PR Center), Corporate Planning Center, B Corporate Center, Corporate Strategy Center, and HR Center.
