The emergency funds for NongHyup members can be borrowed interest-free for up to 10 million KRW per household for one year. However, farmers who have already received other disaster living stabilization funds are excluded from eligibility.

The city plans to maintain close cooperation with NongHyup to swiftly provide administrative services such as necessary documents for financial support. For detailed information on financial assistance, inquiries can be made at nearby local agricultural and livestock cooperatives.

An official from the Pyeongtaek Agricultural Technology Center urged, "If damage caused by the heavy snowfall is confirmed, please report it to the Snow Damage Recovery Support Center for agriculture and livestock or the nearest eup/myeon/dong administrative welfare center," adding, "We will strive to ensure that emergency living stabilization funds are provided promptly."

The city has received a total of 1,172 damage reports including collapses of vinyl greenhouses and livestock barns due to this heavy snowfall, and estimates that the damage in the agriculture and livestock sectors will reach 53.9 billion KRW.
