This training was planned with the purpose of helping public officials, who are mentally and physically exhausted from emotional labor, achieve psychological stability and provide more courteous and efficient public services.
Instructor An Ji-yeon gave a healing lecture under the theme "Orchestration, Listening to Music. Listening to Myself," explaining the power and joy of music created by various instruments, the emotion created by orchestras, and reflecting on the "we" who live together through music.
A Yeoncheon-gun official stated, "The job stress of public officials directly affects the quality of public services," and added, "We hope that through this training, employees will find peace of mind and approach their work with a more courteous mindset."
