Convergence thinking platform Creverse announced on the 5th that it has finalized a contract with Samsung C&T to open stores in the commercial facilities within the fully sold-out "Raemian Songdo Station Centripol" complex.
"Raemian Songdo Station Centripol" is a large complex consisting of 19 apartment buildings up to 40 floors high, with a total of 2,549 households, developed and constructed by Samsung C&T from planning to execution. It applies differentiated specialized designs, attracting a high number of applicants from the 30s and 40s age groups, which suggests a large number of school-age children, a positive factor for Creverse. In fact, in terms of location, it is near Suin-Bundang Line KTX Songdo Station, with eight elementary schools within a 3 km radius.
Creverse will open a store occupying over 200 pyeong in the largest commercial block at the entrance of the complex, considering the age group of children in their 30s and 40s households. English classes will be offered by "April Language Academy," and math classes by "CMS Thinking Skills Center."
Lee Dong-hoon, CEO of Creverse, said, "Prioritizing entry into commercial facilities in large complexes with many school-age children secures a competitive advantage in the academy business, where location is crucial." He added, "Besides Raemian Songdo Station Centripol, there are other locations under consideration for entry, and expanding regional coverage through agreements with construction companies will become a new revenue model for Creverse."
