Dongjak-gu Operates Resident Communication Channel for Shindaebangsamgeori and Namseong Station Area Revitalization Project

Dongjak-gu, Seoul (Mayor Park Il-ha) will hold a 'Visiting Urban Maintenance On-site Consultation Office and Residents' Briefing Session' within the activation project zones of Shindaebang Samgeori and Namseong Station (north side), which are key areas for Dongjak-gu-style urban development, later this month.

The on-site consultation office for the activation project around Shindaebang Samgeori Station, located at Daebang-dong 393-66, will operate a total of six times at Sangdo 3-dong Community Service Center until the 19th of this month (on the 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th, 18th, and 19th from 2 PM to 4 PM).

At the consultation office, explanations on the project plan (draft) and project implementation procedures will be provided, along with customized consultations on taxes and legal issues arising from redevelopment by experts in various fields such as tax accountants, judicial scriveners, and appraisers.

Additionally, the office will actively support residents in resolving complex and difficult questions about maintenance projects such as estimated contributions, helping them protect their rights and participate in the project.

Furthermore, the on-site consultation office for the activation project around Namseong Station, located at Sadang-dong 252-15, will operate a total of three times at the multipurpose room on the 4th floor of Sadang 3-dong Community Service Center until the 20th of this month (on the 10th and 17th from 2 PM to 4 PM, and on the 20th from 4 PM to 6 PM).

In particular, on the 13th of this month at 4 PM, a residents' briefing session will be held in the auditorium on the 5th floor of Sadang 3-dong Community Service Center, targeting landowners and stakeholders, to explain the draft changes to the maintenance plan and conduct a Q&A session accordingly.

Previously, the Namseong Station activation project achieved the remarkable feat of having the designation of the maintenance zone, which typically takes about three years, approved in just one year and six months since the project started.

Building on this, the district formed a dedicated TF team last November and is intensively promoting various approval procedures such as project implementation authorization, accelerating the creation of a representative complex hub around the station area in the southwestern region (with a maximum building height of 37 floors).

Any residents interested in the station area activation project can participate in the on-site consultation offices and residents' briefing sessions. For more detailed information, inquiries can be made to the Core Policy Promotion Team of Dongjak-gu Office (Shindaebang Samgeori).

Mayor Park Il-ha stated, "Smooth communication with residents is crucial enough to determine the success and speed of urban maintenance projects," adding, "We will systematically and promptly promote Dongjak-gu-style urban development through the operation of on-site consultation offices and residents' briefing sessions."
