Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and the People Power Party leaders, including Representative Han Dong-hoon, Floor Leader Choo Kyung-ho, and National Assembly Deputy Speaker Joo Ho-young, were confirmed to have gathered at the Yongsan Presidential Office on the afternoon of the 4th.

Earlier, Prime Minister Han, Representative Han, Floor Leader Choo, and others met with Jeong Jin-seok, Chief Presidential Secretary, and other senior aides of the Presidential Office at the Prime Minister's residence in Samcheong-dong to discuss follow-up measures for the emergency martial law situation.
