Yongin Platform City Daetorit Leasehold, Successful Business Briefing for Leasehold Compensation Recipients

Yongin Platform City Daetoritze announced on the 4th that it held a project briefing session for Daeto compensation recipients of Yongin Platform City at the Gyeonggi Giheung ICT Valley Convention Center on the 3rd.

The project briefing session proceeded in the order of a welcome speech, congratulatory remarks, Yongin Platform City new town, development plans for the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Guseong Station complex transfer center, Yongin Platform City Daetoritze project plan, and introduction of the development consortium companies. About 200 people, including Daeto compensation recipients who applied for advanced knowledge industry sites, residential-commercial complex sites, and commercial sites, attended the event.

Yongin Platform City Daetoritze is known to provide special benefits to early investors. Upon early investment, priority dividends will be paid based on the investment amount, and stock-secured loans will be supported. Priority rights to select the project site and building usage, as well as opportunities to participate in design, will also be provided.

Daeto compensation is a policy introduced by the government to share development profits of public projects with land compensation recipients. It means compensating landowners with land developed through the project instead of cash if the landowner desires.

Yongin Platform City Daetoritze is the first REIT of Yongin Platform City established for the purpose of developing Daeto land and sharing profits. It formed a consortium by selecting famous companies in fields such as finance, trust, and law, including Haean Architecture, Meritz Securities, and Mugunghwa Trust.
