Theme stocks related to Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, are hitting the upper price limit. This appears to be influenced by the news that the Democratic Party of Korea called for the immediate resignation of President Yoon Suk-yeol, who declared martial law but lifted it after six hours.

As of 9:02 a.m. on the 4th, ATEC was trading at 18,770 won, up 4,330 won (29.99%) compared to the previous trading day. In addition, Dongshin Construction, Orient Precision, and Total Soft also hit the upper price limit.

The Democratic Party stated on the day, "President Yoon Suk-yeol's declaration of martial law is a clear violation of the Constitution," and added, "If he does not resign immediately, we will promptly initiate impeachment procedures in accordance with the will of the people."

After holding an emergency party meeting at the National Assembly, the Democratic Party said in a resolution, "The end of the Yoon Suk-yeol administration, which mocked the Republic of Korea and its people and trampled on democracy, will be nothing but a miserable ruin."

They continued, "President Yoon's martial law declaration is a clear constitutional violation and did not meet any of the conditions for such a declaration," emphasizing, "The declaration of martial law itself is null and void from the outset and constitutes a serious constitutional and legal violation."

They further pointed out, "This is also a grave act of rebellion and a perfect reason for impeachment," and reiterated, "The end of the Yoon Suk-yeol administration, which mocked the Republic of Korea and its people and trampled on democracy, will be nothing but a miserable ruin."
