Stephan Dujarric, spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, said at a regular briefing held at the UN Headquarters in New York, USA, in response to reporters' questions about South Korea's declaration of martial law, "The situation is changing rapidly."
He added, "At this point, this is all we can say," and explained, "We will share additional information as it becomes available."
