Year-End Famous Musical Gala Concert

The Damyang County Cultural Foundation (Chairman Lee Byung-no, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) announced on the 3rd that it will hold the "Park Wan with Min Kyung-in Friends Musical Gala Concert" at 7:30 PM on the 5th at the Damyang Cultural Center Performance Hall.

This concert is a special event planned for the year-end, where attendees can directly enjoy highlight songs from musical actor Park Wan's representative works, performed alongside a band led by jazz pianist Min Kyung-in.

Popera tenor and musical actor Park Wan has been a fixed cast member playing Emperor Gojong in the musical Myeongseong Hwanghu for over 10 years since 2008. He also holds the distinction of being the first popera tenor to hold a solo concert at the Sejong Center Grand Theater, achieving the second-highest seat occupancy rate.

Jazz pianist Min Kyung-in crosses genres such as jazz, blues, and funk, collaborating with various domestic and international artists including Lee Eun-mi, Malro, Woongsan, and Kang Heo Dal-lim. Additionally, top teams from various fields participate, including the vocal and performance Raum Musical Troupe, band session Min Kyung-in Friends, and string session Musis.

The performance features representative songs from popular musicals. It includes This is Me from the movie The Greatest Showman, Le Temps des Cath?drales from Notre-Dame de Paris, Dancing Queen from ABBA’s original Mamma Mia soundtrack, and covers musicals up to Hero.
