Park Jonggu elected as the 2nd president of the Park Golf Association in Gongju City

Park Jonggu (age 71), a local correspondent for Jungdo Ilbo in Gongju, has been elected as the 2nd president of the Park Golf Association in Gongju, Chungnam.

The city’s Park Golf Association announced on the 3rd that Park Jonggu was elected in the association president election held at the Gongju Sports Council office on the 2nd.

The term of office is four years, from January next year until 2029.

Park Jonggu pledged to strengthen safety facilities such as golf course fences, improve green turf facilities, ensure transparent accounting and communication, and rationally adjust the operational systems in areas such as education, facilities, and management.

Park Jonggu stated, "I will do my best to foster camaraderie and create a harmonious atmosphere among members by holding the delegates' meeting and board of directors every other month."
