Mastern America's U.S. local subsidiary, Mastern America, has decided to join forces with DX (digital transformation) specialist LG CNS and U.S. real estate specialist SomeraRoad to invest in development projects within the United States.

On the 13th, Mastern America announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore the development of a 5-star hotel and residence in Nashville, Tennessee, together with LG CNS and SomeraRoad.
They also agreed to collaborate on joint development projects to transform old industrial complex areas located in Missouri and Kansas into new residential, retail, and office facilities.
Mastern America will be responsible for various engineering, design, construction, and investment-related tasks that can enhance the value of SomeraRoad's real estate development projects. LG CNS will provide ICT technology within SomeraRoad's real estate development projects. SomeraRoad will carry out development and operation of the real estate projects.
The MOU signing ceremony was attended by Jinseok Oh, CEO of Mastern America; Moongeun Choi, Executive Vice President of LG CNS; and Ian Ross, CEO of SomeraRoad. Starting with this MOU, they plan to discuss future opportunities for joint investment in U.S. real estate such as aircraft hangars, hotels, and residences.
SomeraRoad is an alternative investment management company specializing in real estate investment and development across the United States. Since its founding in 2006, it has executed over 100 investment projects in various sectors including multi-family, retail, hotels, and offices.
Jinseok Oh, CEO of Mastern America, stated, “Based on our extensive development and operation experience across various real estate sectors in the U.S., we will seek additional real estate investment opportunities within the country. Going forward, we plan to actively participate in various real estate development projects led by SomeraRoad by creatively combining real estate and IT in partnership with LG CNS.”
