Kim Myung-chan, CEO of the matchmaking company J-Noble, announced that he received the Grand Prize in Management at the 2024 TV Chosun Management Awards held at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Seoul on the 27th of last month, being recognized as a company that practices customer satisfaction.
Now in its 11th year, the 2024 TV Chosun Management Awards is an event hosted by TV Chosun and supported by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Science and ICT, among others. Every year, it selects and honors companies and organizations that practice customer satisfaction. This year, 50 companies and institutions were honored across 13 categories.
J-Noble, a matchmaking company responsible for successful marriages in Korea for over 40 years, was highly rated for prioritizing customer satisfaction as its core value. It was recognized for providing matching services tailored to the era of non-marriage and unmarried youth, as well as for contributing to the positive spread of marriage culture through marriage promotion partnerships with government offices, public institutions, and public enterprises.
