Yeoncheon-gun Facilities Management Corporation Obtains Re-Certification as a 'Gyeonggi Family-Friendly and Good Workplace Institution'

The Yeoncheon-gun Facilities Management Corporation in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 2nd that it has been re-certified as a "Gyeonggi Family-Friendly and Good Workplace Institution" by Gyeonggi Province.

The "Gyeonggi Family-Friendly and Good Workplace Institution Certification Project" comprehensively evaluates companies from the perspective of family-friendly workplace culture, including the operation status of family-friendly systems, stability, external image, employment stability, working conditions, and employee satisfaction, and certifies companies that are exemplary in operating family-friendly systems.

The Yeoncheon-gun Facilities Management Corporation has been striving to create a family-friendly workplace culture by operating flexible working hours, supporting childbirth and child-rearing, and various family support systems to harmoniously balance work and family life. Since its first certification in 2015, it has received the Gyeonggi Good Workplace Institution certification four consecutive times until 2024, recognizing its successful achievements in the family-friendly field.
