'Winter Ahead' MV Sung with Park Hyo-shin
Screened in Major Cities like New York and Tokyo
New Song 'White Christmas' Scheduled for Release
The face and music of BTS member V have taken over major cities around the world, including New York and Tokyo.
According to Big Hit Music on the 2nd, V's digital single "Winter Ahead" music video was screened on large screens such as the Digital Crown in Times Square, New York, USA, and Tower Records Vision in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, from the 25th of last month to the 1st of this month. In Korea, it is currently being displayed on digital signage at Shinsegae Square in Seoul and on electronic billboards along Dosan-daero in Gangnam. "Winter Ahead," sung by V and singer Park Hyo-shin, is a new song released on the 29th of last month.

The locations in New York, Tokyo, and Seoul were crowded with V’s fans who visited to see this in person. Fans took various 인증 shots and posted them on social media (SNS) to share their impressions. Posts with the hashtag "Winter Ahead" exceeded 24,000 on Instagram as of the 1st. The music video also secured the number one spot on YouTube’s "Music Video Trending Worldwide."
Currently, V is preparing to release his second winter single, "White Christmas." The song is a duet with the original artist Bing Crosby, and it is known that V reinterpreted part of the original song with his own style. Before the song’s release, V opened an official website and will sequentially release a total of 12 pieces of content by the 12th. On the 1st, a 24-second video featuring the first verse of "White Christmas" was posted.
Meanwhile, V debuted as a sub-vocalist in June 2013 with BTS’s first single album "2 COOL 4 SKOOL," and has released numerous hit songs such as "Blood Sweat & Tears," "Boy In Luv," "FAKE LOVE," "Spring Day," "Fire," "Spring Day," and "Dynamite," gaining worldwide love. He enlisted in the military on December 11 last year alongside member RM and is currently serving as a corporal in the Army’s 2nd Corps. Before enlisting, he also released a solo album titled "Layover" in September last year.
