The training, held on the 28th of last month at the City Hall Talent Development Training Center for 72 integrity leaders, was organized under the theme "Drawing a Self-Portrait of Integrity."

This experiential training used drawing as a medium for self-reflection, where participants wrote phrases pledging integrity in speech bubbles on their self-portraits, motivating their commitment to integrity and reflecting on their determination and aspirations as integrity leaders.

Integrity leaders, who are central to the communication culture, serve as the city's frontrunners in implementing anti-corruption and integrity policies within the organization. Their main roles include ▲practical implementation of city integrity policies ▲leading department integrity initiatives ▲improving organizational culture by addressing unreasonable practices and unfair work instructions ▲acting as mentors for department members' grievance counseling and integrity guidance.

Kim Se-won, the Audit Officer, said, "I hope today's training provided an opportunity to reaffirm the responsibility and goals as integrity leaders," and added, "Please continue to strive to spread a communicative integrity culture within the organization."

Meanwhile, the city plans to exhibit the integrity leaders' pop art works on integrity at the 2nd-floor Citizen Gallery of the City Hall Main Building for five days from the 2nd to the 6th, encouraging the spread and participation in an integrity organizational culture.
