CU, a convenience store operated by BGF Retail, announced on the 2nd that it will hold '1+1' and '2+1' giveaways and discount events on more than 130 products, including alcoholic beverages, hangover remedies, and party platter ready meals, which see increased demand toward the end of the year.
When purchasing two or more discounted products, round-trip air tickets to Macau will be sold at half price through a collaboration with Air Macau.

First, 41 popular wines, including 10 types from CU's differentiated wine brand mmm! wine, will be discounted by 20% when paid with Woori Card or Hana Card. Thirty-three types, including popular whiskies such as Suntory Kakubin, sake, and Minari Makgeolli, will also be discounted by 20% when paid with Hana Card or Kakao Pay Money. Four types of highballs, including the Pengli Highball released in collaboration with Chef Yeo Kyung-rae, will receive discounts when purchased with Hana Card or Naver Pay points/money.
Six wines exclusive to CU, including ▲Amelia Park's 'Trellis,' ▲Maison Sichel's 'Bel Air,' and ▲Baron Philippe de Rothschild's 'Anjou,' will be sold at a maximum discount of 5,000 KRW for 19,900 KRW, and 'Gilli Du' Scotch whisky will be sold at a 3,000 KRW discount for 9,900 KRW.
Additionally, a '1+1' and '2+1' giveaway event has been prepared for more than 30 types of hangover relief drinks and remedies. Cross-purchases are possible depending on the type of hangover remedy, such as beverage type, stick type, and dual formulation.
Four Coca-Cola collaboration ready meals with a home party concept capturing the Christmas atmosphere (party platter set meal, sausage kimbap & yubu set, jumbo menchi-katsu sandwich set, authentic American burger set) have also been released. These products receive a 30% QR discount when paid with BC Card, NH Nonghyup Card, Shinhan Card, or Toss Pay.
Meanwhile, during the Super Sale period running until the 15th of this month, an Air Macau 30th anniversary promotion will be held simultaneously. Among about 60 products eligible for the Super Sale +1 benefit, if customers purchase two or more and accumulate stamps through the Pocket CU membership, an event page opens where they can purchase round-trip Incheon-Macau air tickets from Air Macau at a 50% discount. The final price for a round-trip ticket (per person) starts from 160,000 KRW, and up to 9 seats can be purchased per person.
