Applications Open Until the 12th on Seoul City Public Reservation System Website
Four Programs Offered on Various Topics for Elementary Students and Adults
Guro-gu is recruiting participants for the December program at Cheonwangsan Woodworking Experience Center on a first-come, first-served basis until the 12th.
Since its opening in March, Cheonwangsan Woodworking Experience Center (Hangdong 149-7) has been operating various woodworking experience programs and has received great responses from residents.
This December’s program includes various themes such as ▲Memory Box ▲Portable Wooden Hanger ▲Trolley Shelf ▲Wheeled Storage Box. All programs are conducted in two sessions, with a small group of up to 10 people per session.
The target participants for the ‘Memory Box’ program are elementary school students and above, while other programs are for middle school students and above. The participation fee is 2,000 KRW for all programs, with material costs varying by program.
If you wish to participate, you can search for ‘Cheonwangsan Woodworking’ or the desired program name on the Seoul Public Reservation System website, make a reservation, and then transfer the participation and material fees via bank transfer. However, for group reservations of 10 or more, it is necessary to check in advance whether the desired date is available.

A Guro-gu official stated, “Cheonwangsan Woodworking Experience Center is a special space where residents can feel creativity and a sense of accomplishment through woodworking,” adding, “We will continue to plan various programs to encourage more residents to participate and strive to develop it into a representative cultural space in the region.”
Guro-gu offers new programs every month to provide diverse experience opportunities, and specific schedules and details are announced on the Guro-gu Office website at the end of the previous month.
