Jangheung-gun, '2024 Integrated Medicine Expo' Performance Report Meeting

Over 230,000 Participants, 1.7 Times Increase
Interactive Programs Receive Great Response

Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 29th that it held the '2024 Korea Integrated Medicine Expo' performance report meeting on the 28th.


The performance report meeting was presided over by County Governor Kim Seong, with about 30 attendees including Promotion Committee Chairman Lee Jeong-han and other committee members. The attendees agreed to expand and develop the successful aspects of the expo, while collecting opinions and making improvements on the insufficient parts to ensure sustainability.

Among the successes mentioned were the increase in the number of participants to about 230,000, approximately 1.7 times more than last year, and the operation of the expo as a participatory event involving hospitals, universities, and associations nationwide, which resulted in high participant response and satisfaction. In particular, the well-organized structure, from the kids’ experience zone for children to experiential events for all age groups, allowing all visitors to empathize with and experience integrated medicine, received favorable reviews.


County Governor Kim Seong said, “I thank everyone who cooperated to successfully conclude the Korea Integrated Medicine Expo,” and added, “We will strive to foster the integrated medicine new growth industry to realize Jangheung as the mecca of integrated medicine and the number one place for health.”
