Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held an investment briefing session on the 28th at the Gyeonggi Textile Comprehensive Support Center in Yangju City, together with Yangju City, to attract companies to Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley and Eunnam General Industrial Complex.
Yangju Technovalley is the largest urban high-tech industrial complex in northern Gyeonggi, being developed over 218,000㎡ in the Nambang-dong and Majon-dong areas of Yangju City. With an investment of 110.4 billion KRW, it aims for completion in 2026. The plan is to foster it as the "Northern Pangyo" leading growth in northern Gyeonggi by integrating information and communication technology (IT) with Yangju's specialized industries such as textiles, and attracting advanced new industries like display and mobility.

The Eunnam General Industrial Complex is a project to develop 992,000㎡ of industrial facility land in the Eunhyeon-myeon area of Yangju City, targeting completion in 2027. It aims to nurture a smart industrial logistics hub based on ICT in northern Gyeonggi. Construction began in February last year.
On this day, GH set up consultation desks to explain the progress of site development construction and land use plans to company representatives interested in the industrial complexes.
Kim Seyong, President of GH, emphasized, "This investment briefing session will be an important opportunity to attract corporate investment in northern Gyeonggi. Through attracting anchor companies, we will contribute to creating new industrial jobs and revitalizing the economy of northern Gyeonggi."
