[Profile] Jeong Hoseok, Vice President and CEO of Hotel Lotte... "Accelerating Global Business"

On the 28th, Lotte Group announced through its regular executive personnel appointment that Jeong Hoseok, Vice President and Head of Business Support Office at Lotte Holdings, has been appointed as the CEO of Hotel Lotte.

Born in 1966, the new CEO Jeong Hoseok graduated from Dongguk University with a degree in Economics and joined Lotte Engineering & Construction in 1991, where he worked in the Planning Office. He then served in Lotte Group's Management Control Office, Lotte Policy Headquarters Operation Team 3, and held positions as Head of Development Division and Planning & Development Division at Lotte Property & Development. In 2021, he moved to Lotte Holdings, serving as the head of the ESG Management Innovation Office REVA Team and Business Support Team.

Since 2022, he has been working as the Head of Business Support Office at Lotte Holdings, promoting profitability-centered management for Lotte Group.

Lotte Group explained that Vice President Jeong is a management expert who has supported strategic planning for Lotte Group companies and managed business risks.

The new CEO Jeong plans to accelerate the global business expansion of the hotel while managing risks through the full-scale implementation of the consignment operation strategy. A Lotte official stated, "(Vice President Jeong) will serve as the chairman of the board of directors overseeing Hotel Lotte, including not only the hotel but also Lotte World and Lotte Duty Free, aiming to enhance integrated synergy among business divisions."
