On the 28th, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held a 'Participant Hand-in-Hand Talk' at the Ibis Ambassador Hotel in Suwon to discuss the operation of job projects and ways to improve support.
The hand-in-hand talk was organized to share excellent cases of job projects, identify areas for improvement, and establish strategies for sustainable job creation. It is expected to serve as an important opportunity for effective policy implementation through on-site communication.
In the first part, Lee Kyung-ho, an excellent instructor of the Opportunity Lecturer Training Course at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Opportunity University, gave a special lecture titled "The Magic of Emotions - Magical Techniques to Turn Conflicts into Opportunities." The lecture presented concrete cases and practical methods related to emotion management and conflict resolution.

The second part included a session to select and award outstanding project participation reviews.
In the final third part, a dialogue session with participants was held. Along with the presentation of outstanding project participation reviews, participants shared how the foundation’s programs contributed to actual job creation and career development through their individual cases.
Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, emphasized, "Based on the opinions gathered through this event, we will strive to realize participant-centered policies and enhance the quality of life for Gyeonggi-do residents through transparent and open communication."
