Lotte Group Conducts Regular Personnel Changes This Year
At the regular personnel reshuffle conducted by Lotte Group on the 28th, No Jun-hyung, Head of Management Innovation Office at Lotte Holdings (Vice President), was promoted to President.
On the same day, Lotte Group announced, "To adjust the overall business portfolio and drive strong innovation, No Jun-hyung, Vice President and Head of Management Innovation Office at Lotte Holdings, will be promoted to President."

Born in 1968, President No majored in Business Administration at Keimyung University and completed his MBA at Chung-Ang University. He joined Lotte Innovate (now Lotte Data Communication Company) in 2002, serving as Head of Management Support Division and Head of Strategic Management Headquarters.
After being appointed CEO of Lotte Innovate in 2021, he led new businesses such as metaverse, electric vehicle charging, and autonomous driving, as well as Lotte Group's IT and digital transformation (DT) projects.
Lotte explained that President No is recognized as an expert in strategy, planning, and new businesses, making him the ideal candidate to enhance existing business capabilities and advance the Group's business portfolio. Since 2023, he has been serving as Head of Management Innovation Office at Lotte Holdings.
Furthermore, the Management Innovation Office and Business Support Office of Lotte Holdings have been integrated to play a central role in restructuring and innovating the Group's business. President No will also lead this newly integrated organization. The integrated new organization is expected to strengthen the Group's control tower function and consolidate the capabilities of each affiliate.
