DL E&C's 'e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park' closed its first-priority subscription with a competition rate of up to 1784 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 27th, e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park attracted 19,404 applicants for 57 units (excluding special supply) in the first-priority subscription held the previous day, recording an average competition rate of 340 to 1. The highest competition rate was recorded in the exclusive area 59㎡A.
The complex features a layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room, and a powder room (except for the exclusive 59㎡A type), optimized for newlyweds and 2-3 person households. The powder room vanity, dressing room shelves, refrigerator cabinet, and individual storage for each unit are provided free of charge.
The community is designed at the level of a large complex. A sky lounge will be created, and specialized facilities such as a sauna and private office rooms, as well as an indoor golf practice range, screen golf room, fitness center, GX room, and study lounge will be included.
A sales representative said, "The advantage of being within walking distance of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station and Dangsan Station, along with differentiated designs suitable for 2-3 person households, seems to have led to the good subscription results," adding, "We will offer the highest quality to meet the high interest."
e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park is a complex rebuilt from Yuwon Jeil 1st Apartment located at 91 Dangsan-dong 4-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. It consists of 8 buildings from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡, totaling 550 households. Subscription winners will be announced on the 3rd of next month, and official contracts will be conducted from the 16th to the 18th. Move-in is scheduled for March 2028.
