The Korea Exchange announced on the 26th that it held the '2024 Second Half Korea Exchange Member Company CEOs Meeting' over two days from the 25th to the 26th.

This meeting was organized with the purpose of sharing current issues in the capital market and strengthening ties between KRX and its member companies.
During the meeting, presentations were given on topics such as IPOs in the KOSDAQ market, technology-special listing, fundraising and delisting status in the KOSDAQ market, measures to streamline listing reviews and their outcomes, and enhancing the soundness of the KOSDAQ market.
Additionally, key issues related to the derivatives market were shared, including the expansion of early opening target products, the listing status of stock futures and options underlying securities, and the establishment of a night market.
Jung Eun-bo, Chairman of the Korea Exchange, stated, “Along with efforts to increase the stock market’s value, we will strive to establish a stable trading environment in preparation for a multi-market system,” adding, “We plan to continue strengthening communication with member companies and actively reflect various opinions in the operation of the capital market.”
