Previously, 321 people attended the first half of the year training, and about 100 people who did not complete the group training in the first half attended the second half training.
Hygiene education is a legally mandated training conducted for three hours every year. This training covered ▲ major laws related to the Food Sanitation Act ▲ prevention of food poisoning and hygiene management ▲ facility and operation management of business establishments ▲ tax and labor knowledge for business operators in order.
If business operators who are subject to the training could not attend this group education, they can complete the online training through the Korea Foodservice Industry Association website within this year.
Governor Jeon Jin-seon said, “As the number of tourists visiting Yangpyeong increases every year, we urge active participation in the training to establish a clean and safe dining culture through thorough hygiene management.”
Meanwhile, the Yangpyeong-gun branch of the Northern Gyeonggi Province chapter of the Korea Foodservice Industry Association plans to actively guide more restaurant operators to take the hygiene education.
