The recipients of this award ceremony include one local small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneur, two startups relocated from outside, and nine young entrepreneurs. Among the young entrepreneurs, five strategic entrepreneurs were included who are to be located in the Yeonghae Market Street Modern History and Culture Space.

This support project mainly aims to support startups for creating a retro-specialized street centered on the Yeonghae Modern History and Culture Space and Yeonghae Manse Market, and to support the relocation of startups based on local specialized industries. From 2024 to 2026, up to 80 million KRW will be supported for youth startups, and up to 200 million KRW for startup relocation and local SME startups over three years.

After the awarding of the support certificates, a meeting was held where entrepreneurs, including Kim Gwang-yeol, the mayor of Yeongdeok-gun, and related officials, communicated about successful startups and regional revitalization. At this meeting, the entrepreneurs presented various opinions on stable business operations and improvement of the support system, strengthening cooperation with the county.

Accordingly, Yeongdeok-gun plans to operate a one-stop startup support program specialized for this project to establish the necessary foundation for entrepreneurs to settle in the region and to promote continuous and mid- to long-term management to provide practical help.

Mayor Kim Gwang-yeol encouraged, "With your efforts and passion that do not fear challenges, you will surely succeed," and added, "I expect your growth to lead to the growth of the region." He also stated, "Yeongdeok-gun will support stable growth through active startup incubating such as customized mentoring and networking. I hope that the Neighbor Village entrepreneurs will cooperate as partners of the local community to open a new future."
