Planning to Build a Digital Administration Platform Based on AI Chatbot
DK Techin announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with 12 prominent public institutions, universities, and companies, including Cheonan City, to promote the Cheonan City hub-type smart city development project.
According to the agreement, initiatives such as the development and demonstration of smart city solutions and linkage with the Chungnam regional data hub will be pursued as measures to establish Cheonan City as a future innovation hub city.

As part of the smart city project, DK Techin will be responsible for developing and operating the ‘Cheonan-type GPT platform.’ The Cheonan-type GPT platform features easy access to all administrative services through an AI chatbot on KakaoTalk. It plans to focus on enhancing citizen convenience by improving public service accessibility and strengthening administrative efficiency.
Lee Won-ju, CEO of DK Techin, said, “The value of cutting-edge technology lies in providing convenient and useful services in daily life,” adding, “Based on the know-how accumulated through digital transformation projects in various fields such as public, manufacturing, and construction, we will become a key partner in building Cheonan City’s smart city.”
