Elegant Youths Acquire International Standard for Compliance Management System

Songpa-gu Headquarters and Incheon Central Logistics Base Acquire Compliance Management System Certification

Woowa Brothers, responsible for the logistics services of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 26th that they have obtained the ‘ISO 37301 (Compliance Management System) certification’ from the Korea Compliance Institute.

‘ISO 37301’ is an international standard related to compliance management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is a system that evaluates whether a company’s compliance policies and risk response systems are established and operated according to international standards.

With this certification, Woowa Brothers officially confirms the professionalism of their compliance management system and their transparent internal culture. The ISO 37301 certification applies to the entire food delivery agency and logistics facility maintenance services operated by the company, including Woowa Brothers’ headquarters and the Incheon Central Logistics Base.

To obtain the ISO 37301 certification, Woowa Brothers established their own compliance management manual and made various efforts, such as having all executives and employees, including the CEO, participate in the compliance pledge practice. In particular, this evaluation highly praised the members’ active and voluntary participation in realizing a mature compliance community, as well as their individually high compliance awareness.
