Gyeryong Construction Provides Public-Supported Private Rental Housing in Okjeong New Town
Gyeryong Construction announced on the 25th that it will supply 'Elif Okjeong Signature,' a publicly supported private rental housing, in A5BL of Okjeong New Town, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, this month.
This apartment complex consists of 9 buildings with 2 basement floors and 29 above-ground floors, totaling 921 units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 79㎡. The 59㎡ units are offered as general, newlywed couple, and youth share types, while the 79㎡ units are offered as general and youth share types.
As a publicly supported private rental housing, the rent is set at 95% or less of the market price. Residents can live for 10 years without tax burdens.
Yangju Okjeong New Town is a representative second-phase new town in the northern metropolitan area. It is a large-scale planned city designed to accommodate approximately 110,000 people. With nearby lake parks, commercial districts, and various cultural and leisure facilities, it offers an environment where residential life and nature harmonize.
The complex is located in a school district, within walking distance to Yuljeong Elementary School. It is also close to various schools such as Yuljeong Middle School, Okjeong Middle School, Okjeong High School, and an academy district within the Okjeong central commercial area.
Transportation conditions are abundant. The extension of Seoul Subway Line 7 (under construction) and the opening of the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line C are scheduled.
