Special Supply Today at ePyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park,’ which is being built through the reconstruction and redevelopment project of Yuwonjeil 1st Apartment in Dangsan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, has officially started sales.

The complex consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 550 households and exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡. Among them, 111 units with exclusive areas of 51 to 59㎡ will be supplied for general sale. The general sale units are composed of △51㎡A 56 units △51㎡B 43 units △59㎡A 1 unit △59㎡B 11 units, mainly small-sized units preferred by first-time homebuyers and newlywed couples.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on November 25, followed by first-priority subscription on November 26, and second-priority subscription on November 27. The announcement of winners will be on December 3, and the official contract will be conducted over three days from December 16 to 18.

The eligibility criteria for first priority require a subscription savings account membership of at least one year and payment of the deposit amount according to the region and area. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Seoul as of the announcement date can apply regardless of home ownership. The resale restriction period is one year, with no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence period.

The complex features differentiated designs suitable for 2-3 person households. Although most of the general sale units are small-sized, the layout includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room, and a powder room (except for the 59㎡A type), optimized for newlywed couples or 2-3 person households. To enhance residents’ satisfaction, powder room vanities, dressing room shelves, refrigerator cabinets, and individual storage for each household will be provided free of charge.

Additionally, various specialized designs will be applied, such as the ‘The Silent Hood,’ which significantly reduces noise compared to conventional kitchen hoods, and the ‘Smart Air Quality System,’ which reduces fine dust and maintains clean air quality.

The head of Dangsan-dong A Real Estate Agency said, “There is growing interest as this is the first time in a while that a complex called ‘Seondanghugom’ (winning first, worrying later) is being sold,” adding, “It is advantageous for both spouses to use special supply to increase chances of winning.”

e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park will also feature a variety of community facilities comparable to large complexes. In particular, a sky lounge, usually introduced in luxury apartments, will allow residents to enjoy the leisure of the Han River view. Specialized facilities such as a sauna and private office rooms, as well as indoor golf practice ranges, screen golf rooms, fitness centers, GX rooms, and study lounges will also be established.

The transportation environment is excellent. The complex is located within walking distance of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station on subway lines 2 and 5, making it a double station area. Dangsan Station, which serves lines 2 and 9, is also nearby. These allow convenient access to major business districts in Seoul such as Yeouido (YBD), Gwanghwamun (CBD), and Gangnam (GBD), offering excellent proximity to workplaces.

Moreover, the surrounding area is well connected by roads such as Olympic-daero, National Assembly-daero, Dangsan-ro, and Seobu Expressway. This makes car travel to major areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area convenient, providing a comprehensive and rapid transportation network.

e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park is currently operating a cyber housing exhibition hall and is scheduled for move-in in March 2028.
