iM Securities, Public Offering of 2 Types of ELS

iM Securities will offer two types of equity-linked securities (ELS) through a public offering until the 2nd of next month.

iM ELS No. 3649 is a 3-year maturity, early redemption type ELS with semi-annual early redemption options, based on the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI), S&P 500 Index, and EUROSTOXX 50 Index. On automatic early redemption evaluation dates, if the closing prices of all underlying assets are at least 90% of the initial reference price (at 6 and 12 months), 85% (at 18 months), 80% (at 24 months), 75% (at 30 months), and 65% (at 36 months), it pays a maximum return of 29.1% (annualized 9.7%).

Even if early redemption does not occur, if at maturity the closing prices of all underlying assets are at least 65% of the initial reference price, it pays an annual return of 9.7%. However, if any of the underlying assets fall below 65%, principal loss may occur according to the maturity repayment conditions.

iM ELS No. 3650 is a 3-year maturity, early redemption type ELS with semi-annual early redemption options, based on the KOSPI 200 Index, Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI), and EUROSTOXX 50 Index. On automatic early redemption evaluation dates, if the closing prices of all underlying assets are at least 85% (at 6 and 12 months), 80% (at 18 and 24 months), 75% (at 30 months), and 70% (at 36 months) of the initial reference price, it pays a maximum return of 24.6% (annualized 8.2%).

Even if early redemption does not occur, if none of the underlying assets have fallen below 50% of the initial reference price until the maturity evaluation date, it pays an annual return of 8.2%. However, if any underlying asset has fallen below 50% at any time and at maturity any underlying asset is below 75%, principal loss may occur according to the maturity repayment conditions.

The minimum subscription amount for the products is 1,000,000 KRW, and subscriptions can be made in units of 100,000 KRW. General individual investors can subscribe until the 27th of this month. According to the investor cooling-off system, there is a 2-business-day cooling-off period after the subscription date, and the subscription intention must be confirmed on the 3rd business day.
