[Sale Calendar] Last Week of November, 9,642 Units Including 'Seoul One I-Park' for Sale

A total of 9 complexes nationwide, comprising 9,642 households (6,162 general sales households), will begin sales in the last week of November.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 24th, 'Seoul One I-Park' in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul will hold its first priority subscription on the 26th. Seoul One I-Park, supplied by HDC Hyundai Development Company through the 'Kwangwoon University Station Area Development Project' at 85 Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, consists of a total of 3,032 units including apartments (1,856 households), public rental housing (408 households), and residences (768 rooms). Among these, the general sales target is the apartments. The complex consists of 6 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to 47 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 244㎡, totaling 1,856 households.


Seoul One I-Park is located in an ultra-station area near Kwangwoon University Station on Subway Line 1 and the Gyeongchun Line. Kwangwoon University Station is scheduled to open the GTX-C line of the Metropolitan Area Express Railway in 2028, which is expected to greatly improve mobility to the Seoul Gangnam area and other metropolitan areas. The presence of commercial facilities such as hotels and shopping malls, as well as office workspaces, enhances residential convenience and proximity to workplaces. It is within walking distance to Hancheon Elementary School, and the academy district in Junggye-dong is also nearby.


In addition, in the metropolitan area, first priority subscriptions will be accepted on the same day for 'e-Pyeonhansesang Dangsan River Park' in Dangsan-dong 4-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; 'Pyeongchon Xi Persnity' in Bisan-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi; 'The Platinum Sky Heron' in Tongbok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Hwaseong Bibong Geumseong Baekjo Yemi-ji 2nd' in Bibong-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi.


Outside the metropolitan area, subscriptions will be held for 'Sangin Prugio Center Park' in Sangin-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu; 'Jeonju Inhudong Maru Hill Central' in Inhu-dong 2-ga, Jeonju-si, Jeonbuk; and 'Seongseong Xi Lake Park' in Seongseong-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.


Model houses are scheduled to open at four locations including 'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature' in Samseon-dong 2-ga, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and 'Hillstate Deungchon Station' in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.


'Changgyeonggung Lotte Castle Signature,' supplied by Lotte Construction through the Samseon 5 District housing redevelopment project at 296 Samseon-dong 2-ga, Seongbuk-gu, consists of 19 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, totaling 1,223 households. Among these, 509 households with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡ will be sold to the general public. The complex is within walking distance of Hansung University Station on Subway Line 4, and nearby are lifestyle convenience facilities such as Daehak-ro commercial district, Donam Market, Seongbuk-gu Office, Seoul National University Hospital, Korea University Anam Hospital, and Naksan Park. Samseon Elementary School, Hansung Girls' Middle and High School, and Kyungdong High School are within walking distance for commuting to school, and multiple university campuses including Hansung University, Korea University, and Sungshin Women's University are located nearby.
