Support for Heating Costs Worth 300,000 KRW per Household for 70 Vulnerable Families in Donggyeongju
Hanwool Nuclear Power Plant Wolsung Headquarters provided 21 million KRW in heating expenses to support vulnerable groups in the Dong-Gyeongju area in preparation for the upcoming cold wave.

This heating expense support is provided through the social welfare corporation Haesong, supplying heating oil and briquettes worth about 300,000 KRW per household to 70 vulnerable households in the Dong-Gyeongju area until the end of November.
Also, on the 20th, 25 employees of Wolsung Headquarters, including Director Kim Han-seong, personally delivered 300 briquettes to the village of Seok-eup-ri within the jurisdiction, conveying warm hearts.
Director Kim Han-seong said, “We hope this helps our neighbors in the community have a warm winter,” and added, “We will continue to pay close attention so that warm energy can be well delivered to the local community through various social contribution activities.”
Wolsung Headquarters continues to carry out various social contribution activities such as delivering side dishes to low-income families in the area, repairing homes with love, and sharing kimchi, in addition to supporting heating expenses and volunteering to deliver briquettes for neighbors in energy blind spots.
